Main features of hybrid bond diamond grinding wheel:

Cutting tools flute grinding is the most demanding and time-consuming operation, as the cutting depth is usually 7-8 mm. The large contact area makes it difficult for coolant to reach the grinding zone, so excessive heat is generated, which may damage the workpiece surface or reduce the particle strength of the heat-sensitive diamond abrasive grains.
The processing of the spiral groove of the tool has a large material removal and low processing efficiency, which can be completed by a powerful grinding wheel through a large cutting depth and low feed grinding process. The powerful grinding wheel and the groove grinding process parameters not only affect the quality of the tool edge, but also the surface quality of the tool circumferential rake face, and even cause burns and microcracks in the spiral groove after grinding.
