Vitrified CBN Grinding Wheels Lapping Plates
CBN Double Side Lapping Disc is designed for both sides to face grinding operation which results in precise surface finish, flatness as well as parallelism in shorter cycle time.
The components are located in cages and rotate in a planetary motion between the two CBN wheels until the desired dimension is achieved. This principle enables a better surface finish and maximum precision with regard to dimensional tolerance.
Vitrified CBN Grinding Wheels Lapping Plates are supplied with configurations comprised of round, square or hexagonal pellets applied to steel back up wheels.
