Case of diamond grinding disc for ceramic glove former
Glove mold is a mold used by glove factories to produce glove dipping aids. Glove molds are divided into ceramic glove molds and aluminum alloy glove molds.
Ceramic glove molds are mainly used for unlined latex household gloves, acid and alkali-resistant industrial gloves, medical gloves, etc.
Ceramic molds are usually made of high-strength, high-hardness ceramic materials, such as alumina, zirconia, etc. These materials have good high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can withstand high temperature and high pressure working environments.
Recently, Moresuperhard had a customer inquire about the grinding wheel for grinding the bottom of the ceramic glove mold:
Grinding parts | Bottom part of ceramic glove formers |
Material of workpiece | · Aluminum oxide ceramics |
Size of resin diamond grinding wheel | 1A2 resin diamond grinding wheel |
Moresuperhard recommends customers to use resin diamond grinding wheels.
Since the customer is grinding alumina ceramic material, which has high hardness, diamond can only be used for grinding. The threshold for using resin grinding wheels is relatively lower than that of other bonded grinding wheels, and the particle size is D126.
