Centerless grinding wheeel

When grinding with a centerless grinder, there are two grinding wheels: a guide wheel and a grinding wheel. The guide wheel drives the cylindrical workpiece to rotate on the pad, and the grinding wheel plays a grinding role on the workpiece.

By correctly setting the angles of the grinding point, the support point of the supporting plate and the supporting point of the guide wheel, the grinding surface is supported for processing. When starting processing, the accuracy of rough grinding is achieved, and the outer diameter roundness of the outer ring is gradually corrected, finally ensuring sufficient roundness of the outer ring.

Bearing ring face grinding wheel
