Centerless grinding wheel

Centerless grinding wheels can be used for both through-feed and plunge-feed grinding of parts of different sizes and materials.

Centerless grinding is a special type of grinding process. When the workpiece is ground on a centerless grinder, the grinding point is ground but the supporting point is not ground, so the center of the workpiece keeps changing during the grinding process. That is why it is called “centerless grinding”. The centerless grinding wheel and regulating wheel are the most important components of centerless grinding.

Application of centerless grinding wheel :

Centerless grinding wheels can be used for bar grinding, bearing rring grinding, and automotive parts grinding, such as piston pins, shock absorber tubes and rods, engine valve stems, pins, and other workpieces.

• Pink Aluminium Oxide (PA)
• Brown Aluminium Oxide (A)
• Green Cilicon Carbide (GC)
• Black Silicon Carbide (C)
