Moresuperhard diamond/ CBN honing heads feature modular design with high-precision diamond/CBN honing stone and intelligent compensation system, covering bore processing from Φ5mm to Φ800mm. The hydraulic/mechanical dual-drive structure achieves nano-level feeding accuracy, specifically engineered for precision internal machining in aerospace, automotive engine blocks, and hydraulic cylinders.

Diamond honing head can be used for automobiles, tractors, locomotives, ships, aviation, engineering machinery, machine tools and military industries, etc., finishing cylinder barrels, valve holes, sleeve holes, such as automobile engine block holes and cylinder sleeve holes.
