Cylindrical diamond grinding wheels are used for cylindrical grinding in manufacturing and repair PDC drill bits. In the practical applications, choose resin bond or vitrified bond cylindrical diamond grinding wheels according to the conditions. If the base of PDC bits contains iron-based elements, need to consider whether to choose hybrid abrasive (diamond and CBN) grinding wheels.
