The grinding wheel is generally selected as follows: abrasive white corundum, particle size 60#, medium to soft or medium hardness; in addition, the grinding wheel width should be narrower to reduce the radial grinding force. Pay attention to the selection of grinding amount during processing, especially the grinding depth should be small.
